Having worked for leading global commodities companies, I’ve seen firsthand the impact of leadership—and the responsibility we all have, especially in high-emission industries.
After successfully reducing and offsetting my own carbon footprint to net zero, I realized that personal action alone wasn’t enough. That’s why in 2025, Ecobe was born.
Drawing from my experience leading HR across Rio, London, Geneva, and in multi-billion-dollar projects across the world, I’m now also engaged to empower professionals to lead with a sustainability mindset—and drive real transformation in their industries.
